• 1993
  Privatisation of the former ORSTA Hydraulic AG’sTechnical Sales Office, to HyPneu GmbH, Chemnitz.  The company headquarters were situated at Weststraße 18 in Chemnitz.
• 1995
  Move to the business and assembly quarters of the former sanding works in Chemnitz. Investment in new machines and the expansion of the storage area.
• 1998
  Establishment of a company division, dealing in hose and cylinder production, in the industrial area Südring 1, Chemnitz, and so as to be able to offer our clients a full service package.
• 2000
  Recruitment of new staff and enlargement of the assembly and manufacturing sectors, in order to increase capacity.
• 2003
  Certification as a Systems Partner of Parker Hannifin GmbH.
• 2004
  Move to the current corporate headquarters at Zwickauer Str. 137, Chemnitz, formerly known as the manufacturing centre of Schleifring Körper AG. This includes an 1800 m2 factory and storage area as well as the adjacent office complex.
• 2005
  Integration of the "Hose and Cylinder production" division to the premises of HyPneu GmbH Chemnitz.
• 2007
  Purchase of office and factory premises and opening of the Parker Stores. Implementation of new and innovative design software. Introduction of resource management in order to optimise business operations.
• 2008
  Foundation of the company Hypneu Service GmbH Chemnitz. Construction small parts storage with about 25.000 immediately available fittings and screw connections.  
• 2009
  Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Introduction catalogue and online shop system.
